Guest lecture on Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose
The IEEE Communications Society Chapter of the Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Department organized a guest lecture on Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose on 13th February 2025, celebrating the World Radio Day. Prof. Dr. Pramod N. Vasambekar, Superannuated as Senior Professor and Head from Department of Electronics, Shivaji University Kolhapur, delivered an insightful speech, emphasizing Bose’s impact on modern telecommunication. He highlighted Bose’s pioneering contributions to wireless communication and scientific research. The session successfully inspired students and raised awareness of Bose’s contributions to science and technology.
