Eligibility Criteria for Foreign National/Foreign student/ PIO/Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries/Children of NRI

• The eligibility of the candidates passing the HSC (Std. XII) equivalent examination from a school/college/Examination Board situated outside India shall be further decided by the University Authorities to which the candidate is admitted. Hence such candidates are advised to get their eligibility verified by the respective University Authorities before seeking admission to the Engineering/Technology degree courses in the State of Maharashtra.
• Candidate should have passed the HSC(Std. XII) examination or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry / Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject
• Secured minimum 45% marks in the subjects Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry / Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject added together.
• The candidate belonging to this type is not required to appear for the JEE/CET.

Eligibility Criteria for Foreign National/Foreign student/ PIO/Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries/Children of NRI

• Passed with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA in any Bachelor’s degree awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of parliament or declared to deemed as a University under section 3 of the UGC act, 1956 of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the ministry of HRD, Government of India. 
• The candidate belonging to this type is not required to appear for the MAH-MBA/MMS CET.

• Any person, who has passed the degree of Bachelor of Engineering of any recognized University as equivalent thereto, with minimum of 50% marks in the final year, is eligible for admission to the appropriate M. Tech. course.
