Program Objectives (PO)
The prime objective of this program is to prepare students to take up startups and entrepreneurship based on availability of local resources so to help the nation self-reliance. This program also designs to the students to take up jobs in the commerce and industry of local, regional and national repute. The program is going to develop student to take up higher education and verticals in the education at Tier – I level of reputed educational institutes.

Program Educational Objectives (PEOs):
At the end of BBA program, student should take of either of following.
1.    Apply managerial decision making skills through the application of knowledge of management discipline
2.    Able to start business enterprise and manage diversified growth of entrepreneurship.
3.    Opt Higher Education and Job Opportunities preferably in management or IT discipline at national and global level.
4.    Develop holistic attributes in Research and Business Intelligence by applying the knowledge of management discipline
5.    Develop themselves as successful management professionals with a sound business and nurture entrepreneurial acumen and entrepreneurial quality, aptitude and start new business venture with innovative ideas.
6.    Develop/Build adoptive behavior to new technology, innovations and changes in world economy through lifelong learning and a flexible mindset.

Program Outcomes (POs):
After completing the BBA course the students would be able to:

PO1. Identify the different functional aspects of business world and recognize different opportunities of business.
PO2. Articulate effectively business ideas with written and oral communication especially with the use of appropriate technology.
PO3. Analyze the importance of innovation and research, tackle the contemporary needs and accordingly grab the opportunities.
PO4: Demonstrate the ability to create business plans and acquire the different employability skills, entrepreneurial skills necessary for the professional attitudes.
PO5. Demonstrate a global outlook with the ability to identify aspects of the global business and cross-cultural understanding through German or Japanese as a foreign language
PO6 Develop skills on analyzing the business data application of relevant analysis and problem solving.
PO7: Develop innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
