About Student Association

ETESA (Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Students Association) is a departmental student association. It is an initiative taken by students to do extracurricular activities. Various activities are conducted by ETESA for overall student development. It helps student to develop skills like communication, aptitude, presentation skills, general awareness along with technical knowledge. All these factors eventually contribute in becoming a complete engineer, which basically is the motto of our college. It helps our students in professional world both on technical and personal levels. ETESA constantly strives for student development by offering its members to enhance their abilities and develop new ones by organizing national level events, state level events, roborace competition, workshops, industrial visits etc. ORION is a national level technical event hosted by Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, RIT. It is designed to bring together students from various fields to engage in a series of skill-based, creative, and physical challenges. Spanning two days, the event features an exciting lineup of competitions categorized into technical, non-technical, and sports events. From coding and robotics to performance arts and athletic competitions, ORION encourages students to showcase their talents, push their limits, and experience the thrill of both collaboration and competition. ‘ROBORACE/ROBOCAD’ is one of the grand and the most accomplished event of Electronics and Telecommunication Department. It is a robot competition in which participant should design a robot either wired or wireless within the specified dimensions that can operated manually and can travel through all turns of the track which will consist of Switch Bridge, speed breakers, marble pit, slippery path, rotating ting disc, curve ramp down, seesaw etc. Students from different polytechnic and Engineering colleges were participated in this competition.
