The Mission is to build an ecosystem for transforming engineering education in India with the assistance of engineering education experts and industry from around the world.

About –

The IUCEE focuses on creating new leaders and give platform to such students to prove their mettle. SCALE (Student Consortium for Advancement and Learning in Engineering Education) and EWB (Engineering Without Borders) are the products of IUCEE where students work in unison and prove their leadership.

  • SCALE (Students Consortium for Advancement and Learning in Engineering Education):- From 2018-19, SCALE – RIT chapter formed in Rajarambapu Institute of Technology. RIT is a one of the active member of IUCEE Consortium and strongly supporting its student chapter of SCALE.  It aims to foster a relationship between students as a means of transforming the practice and pedagogy of Engineering Education, through their pragmatic efforts in local environments and societies.
  • EWB (Engineering Without Borders):- EWB-India has been newly established activity from Academic Year 2019-20 and RIT Chapter formed in March 2020. It is a non-profit Society, Under the Society’s Act, to skills, in a movement of constructive change. It is inspired by an urgent concern for accelerating sustainable rural development, assisting in capacity building in backward rural and urban communities of India, protecting the country’s natural resource base and working across national boundaries for social and economic justice and responsible use of technology.

RIT-EWB (Engineers Without Borders) students are doing well!

1. COVID-19 Grand challenges - Four RIT students’ ideas shortlisted and presented by our students. Appreciated by the panel members. Students are working to implement the ideas.

2. Ten students are registered for Leadership Course and all are doing well as per the grading status.

3. IUCEE EWB has given an opportunity to RIT students to present their Ideas and Implementation in Webinar. Scheduled on 13 June.
