2016 – 2017

Visit to VSSC (Vikram Sarabhai Space Center, Trivandrum)

On 19th April 2017 R & D team of RIT visited VSSC under the leadership of RIT Director Dr. Mrs. Sushma S. Kulkarni. The purpose was to introduce about RIT for creating Research & Development culture &also for Internship of our PG students. Team has interacted with 12 Scientists of VSSC.

Visit to BARC (Bhabha Atomic Research Center)

R & D team with Director Madam visited BARC on 20th April 2017 and had interaction with Dr. H. S. Kushwaha & Mr. Vivek Chavan about improvement in efficiency of developing research projects.

Workshops

On 9th August 2017 R & D cell has conducted, one day Workshop on “Enhancement of Research Culture in RIT” at Gayatri Hall. Vibrant scientists Dr. H. S. Kushwaha & Dr. Om Pal Singh from BARC where chief guest to mentor our faculty members and PG students about new ideas in Research Culture.
