Placement is one of the integral part of Department of Management Studies, RIT. Reputable companies come to the Institute for campus recruitment activities on a regular basis. The Placement Committee works closely with the organizations around the country and has a well-developed infrastructure to make campus recruitment process smoothly. It maintains a cordial connection with all recruitment firms and also trains the hired prospects to compete in today's market.

We select the students from MBA I as Training and Placement Students coordinators and assign them the task to coordinate with companies when they come for Placement Drives.

Ways to conduct the Placement Drives:

• On Campus Drives: We invites the companies to our campus for placement. Industry people takes Pre-Placement Talks, Conducts the Written Test and Conduct the Interviews and Final Selection Procedure.
• Pool Campus Drives: Company Conducts drives with the students from several institutions nearby. The selection procedure will be completed and the institutes communicates the result with students.
• Direct Company Drives: The drive will be held at the company's headquarters. Student information is sent to the Company by the Committee. Shortlisted students attend a placement drive after the company scrutinises their data. The Training and Placement office is notified of the Results.
